General Terms
1.1 Payment is due in full 48 hours before your scheduled lesson to secure your booking. If payment is not received we cannot guarantee your booking. For your first lesson a 50% deposit will be taken to secure your booking with the remaining 50% due on completion.
1.2 Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before any further bookings can be made.
1.3 Any training or tests missed due to your personal circumstances including traffic or illness will be forfeited and if cancelled within 48 hours of the lesson start time payment will be due in full.
1.4 Any missed training caused by circumstances out of our control will be reallocated.
1.5 We will book lessons/send confirmations of training via Whatsapp. We will do our best to accommodate your lessons to suit you, however, please ensure bookings are confirmed promptly to avoid impacting our availability for other students.
Cancellations
2.1 If you need to cancel a lesson you must notify your instructor, at least 48 hours before the lesson is due to begin, to avoid paying the lesson fee in full.
2.2 If cancelling a lesson within 48hrs of the lesson start time a PHONE CALL must be made to 07961 763162. This must be done within working hours (08:00-18:30 Monday to Saturday). If outside of working hours please leave a message and we will get back to you to confirm cancellation and amount owed within 24hrs.
The Student
3.1 Ensure you are clean and presentable for the lesson, suitable footwear is essential.
3.2 Ensure you are in a FIT STATE to drive. For example, being excessively tired, on medication that causes drowsiness or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is not acceptable. If your instructor suspects you are not in a fit state to drive the lesson will be terminated and you will be charged the full lesson fee.
3.3 It is essential you bring your photocard provisional licence to the first lesson for insurance purposes.
The Instructor
4.1 We will ensure we arrive on time in a clean and presentable car fitted with dual controls.
4.2 We will ensure all training given is carried out in a friendly and professional manner.
4.3 We will continually provide you with honest feedback regarding your ongoing progress and readiness for the practical driving test.
4.4 If at any time your instructor is going to arrive late/have to cancel the lesson you will be notified asap. In the event of a cancellation by our instructor any prepaid lesson fees will be held for the next lesson or refunded at your request.
4.5 The instructor reserves the right to terminate the lesson at any stage due to any driving deemed dangerous or law breaking. In this case the full fee will be retained by the instructor and full report will be sent to you regarding why the lesson was terminated.
